shared full bath from $140. Enjoy the flowers, shrubs and trees and friendly service.

Gary and Lourdean Offenbacher are your hosts. Waterloo Gardens is located
approximately 17 miles West of Ann Arbor. Refund up to 7 days prior to
arrival. Just off M-52 at Werkner and Waterloo Rds. Call for specific availability.

sodas and snacks located downstairs at the bar. We do not take credit cards
and prefer payment by check. We can hold the room for a week. We offer
a laid back atmosphere and our guests enjoy all of the common areas in
the house. |

Bed and Breakfast has been inspected and approved by the Michigan Lake
to Lake Bed and Breakfast Association. We are open all year long. You won’t
believe tha Master Spa and solarium. It comfortably holds six people. We
do check our email daily. |
